GoMill
Millet-focused kiosk format

Millets, inside a 24/7 drive-in. The gap nobody was filling — until now.

PURPOSE

Own the hours the main venue doesn't

Retro Drive Inn is one of Hyderabad's busiest entertainment destinations — a 24/7 multi-format venue in Madhapur with box cricket, beach volleyball, live music every Saturday, and a crowd that comes in waves from mid-afternoon through the early hours. The daytime window, however, was a gap. The core entertainment-and-late-night offering had a blind spot: the health-conscious, working Madhapur crowd that didn't need a reason to party, just a reason to stop.GoMill was the answer — a millet-focused kiosk format positioned to fill that daytime gap with a product that felt genuinely different from everything else on the Retro menu. Millets are having a real moment in urban India right now, but most millet-forward offerings are either too niche to scale or too generic to be memorable. GoMill needed to be neither. The brief was to build a kiosk concept that could hold its own as a standalone brand, operate efficiently within a larger venue's footprint, and convert footfall that wasn't originally coming in for the food.

A health-forward kiosk that earns its place on an entertainment venue's footprint

Millets as a category give GoMill something rare in the fast-casual kiosk space — a genuine health story that doesn't require the guest to already be a millet enthusiast to walk up and order.
