Authentic shawarma destination

Already loved. We made sure every visit earned it again.

PURPOSE

Popular is the easy part to lose

Jaffa Shawarma didn't need anyone to convince people to try it. It already had the harder thing — loyal customers and a strong local reputation. The risk with a brand like that isn't obscurity. It's getting comfortable and slowly letting quality slide one shift at a time, until regulars notice before anyone in the kitchen does.So the brief wasn't "make people love this brand." It was "make sure they keep loving it" — at every single touchpoint, without slowing down the thing that made it work in the first place: fast, familiar, no-nonsense food people could rely on.That meant mapping the full customer journey, start to finish. Not just the food on the plate, but the first interaction, the wait time, the packaging in someone's hands, the reason they'd choose to come back a second time and a fiftieth time.

Speed and consistency, finally on the same team

The packaging system — playful, confident, named like it knows exactly what comfort food is supposed to do for someone's day — became the visible layer of a much less visible operational fix underneath.
